"We chose Hopkins Home Improvement to replace our siding, trim and gutters after a hail storm. It turned out to be a great decision. The workmanship and materials were of high quality and we love the finished look of our home. The workers showed up on time everyday, stayed very busy and left the work area clean and neat at the end of every work day. In addition, they were always professional, courteous and respectful.
Communication is very good with Hopkins, as well. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and with complete and detailed responses. Darrell also recommended and electrician for some electrical work we needed. We were very satisfied with his work as well and appreciated the recommendation.
We have some additional work we want to have done this spring/summer and will certainly be calling on Hopkins again for those jobs!"

"Most articles in the paper are about bad things. This letter is to praise Hopkins Home Improvement of Richmond. Years ago we dealt with a company that pulled a bait and switch scam on us over windows. Burned once. We call Hopkins for a free estimate for a roof and gable porch on a brick ranch house. Their estimate was thousands of dollars less. We are so pleased with the end results of the job. It turned out far better than we thought. They were all professional, polite, honest, tidy and the quality of the work is excellent.
This home improvement company went above what was ordered and didn't charge extra. The house looks so different and beautiful. We wanted Richmond residents to know Hopkins Home Improvement and Darrell Hopkins, Jon Michaels and their contractors are people you can trust to do a great job."

"We wanted you and your installers to know how happy we are with your work and products. The windows are so easy to tilt in to clean. I no longer have to hang curtains over them to hide dirty windows. I can clean windows without a ladder and even when it's cold and rainy outside. The black roof you installed looks great and no more leaks! When the vinyl siding was done it looks like a new house, no more paint brushes of flaking paint.
Your installers were all very nice and willing to please. They always answered the questions we had. Everyday before they left, they picked up the scraps and trash from the yard. And they were careful not to damage any shrubs or flowers. You did another great job as you did on our previous home in New Paris. Please relay our thanks to the men on the crew who did such and excellent job."
